Paxy terms of use

Last updated: 4 November 2026

  1. Who the agreement is with: Catch-e Pty Ltd, as the provider of the Paxy app, on behalf of the driver's packaging provider.
  2. Who can use Paxy: drivers with a lease or salary packaging arrangement through a provider that offers Paxy.
  3. Your account: keep your sign-in secure, keep your details accurate, and tell us about unauthorised use.
  4. Your lease and packaging: these are governed by your agreement with your provider, not by these terms. The app shows information your provider holds.
  5. Figures in the app: balances, budgets and forecasts are estimates based on the latest data and are not financial or tax advice.
  6. Claims and receipts: what you submit must be true and your own. Your provider decides whether a claim is approved.
  7. Acceptable use: no misuse, reverse engineering, or access to other people's information.
  8. Notifications: what we send and how to turn them off.
  9. Availability and changes to the app: the app may be unavailable or change from time to time.
  10. Intellectual property: the app and its content belong to Catch-e or its licensors.
  11. Ending your use: deleting your account, and when we or your provider may suspend access. See Delete your Paxy account.
  12. Liability: limits on liability, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  13. Privacy: see the Paxy privacy policy.
  14. Changes to these terms: how we tell you, and whether you must accept them again.
  15. Governing law: the law of Victoria, Australia.
  16. App store terms: Apple and Google are not parties to these terms.
