Questions about your lease, budget or claims
Your packaging provider manages your lease and salary packaging. Contact them for questions about balances, deductions, claims or your vehicle.
In the app, go to Profile and tap Contact us, or tap Contact on the Home screen.
Problems with the app
If the app is not working as expected, visit the Catch-e help centre at help.catch-e.com.au, or use the contact form below.
Do not send bank details, tax file numbers or photos of identity documents by email or through the help centre.
Common questions
What's Paxy?
An app that shows you how your novated lease is going: your balance, what you've spent, your kilometres and your claims. You can also send in receipts to get money back.
Can I use it?
If your car is through a novated lease and the company that manages it offers Paxy, yes. Not sure? Just ask them.
What's a novated lease, anyway?
It's a way to get a car through your employer. The car and its running costs are paid out of your pay, and a provider looks after the paperwork.
Why does my app have a different company's logo?
Some providers put their own name and colours on Paxy. Don't worry, it's still Paxy underneath.
Who do I ask about my car or a claim?
Your provider. You can call or email them straight from the app: go to Profile, or tap Contact on the Home screen.
Is my info safe?
Yes. It's stored in Australia, we never sell it and we never use it for ads. The privacy policy has all the details.
I can't sign in.
Use the same Apple, Google, Microsoft or email sign-in you first registered with. If you still can't get in, visit the help centre at help.catch-e.com.au.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications for Paxy are on in your phone's settings.
The app asks me to update.
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
I want to delete my account.
